RICE AND GREEN CHILI 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. white rice
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
2 c. water

Melt butter in cast iron skillet, add rice and brown. Add seasonings, can of soup; mix; add water, stir, cover and simmer for 20 minutes - remove lid, stir and cook until liquid is gone.

GREEN CHILI:

1 lb. hamburger
1 can Ortega green chilies, chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water

Brown hamburger, add seasonings, stir in flour, stir in water and green chilies to gravy consistency. Serve over rice.
