LOW SODIUM - NO CHOLESTEROL
DEVILED EGGS
 
12 hard boiled eggs
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Paprika
4 tsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion, grated
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 box Egg Beaters (egg substitute)

Half eggs and remove yolks, and discard. Scramble Egg Beaters, add other ingredients and mix well. Refill egg whites with Egg Beaters and garnish with paprika. YUMMY!
