LOW SODIUM AND CHOLESTEROL
VEGETABLE SALAD
 
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped cabbage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Stir together the sugar, vinegar, and spices. Pour this mixture over vegetables and toss. Refrigerate.
