LOW CHOLESTEROL VEGETABLE DIP 
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 1/2 c. yogurt
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
3 scallions, chopped

Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together all ingredients. Cover; chill. Stir before serving.
