MOCHA BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
1 c. butter
6 c. XXX sugar
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. instant coffee (in 1/2 c. boiling water, cooled)
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted

In mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks while beating. Add liquid and chocolate. Makes a heap of frosting. Enough for 2 or 3 layer cake.
