MOCHA BUTTER FROSTING 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) softened butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 heaping tsp. instant coffee
4 tbsp. cocoa

Dissolve coffee in milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cream butter, add cocoa and mix. Add sugar and milk-coffee mixture. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed. Frosts 2 (8" or 9") layers.
