MOCHA CAKE FROSTING 
3 tbsp. butter or Crisco
3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. instant coffee
5 tbsp. milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream butter with cocoa and coffee. Add milk alternately with confectioners' sugar until thick enough to spread. Add vanilla. This is good on either a yellow or white cake.
