MOCHA FROSTING 
1/3 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. instant coffee crystals
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

In a bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups of the powdered sugar and the cocoa. Add the instant coffee to the milk and let stand 3 minutes; stir well. Add this mixture to butter, sugar, and cocoa mixture. Slowly beat in remaining sugar. Beat in additional milk, if needed, to make of spreading consistency.

Love this recipe. Make it every year for my husband's birthday cake. Comment: ingredients list 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla; however, it's not mentioned in the directions. I add it to the milk.
