1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels 1/3 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar Melt butterscotch morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from heat, add milk, butter, and salt and beat until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until spreading consistency. |
