RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice (not instant)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
4 to 5 scallions (chopped with tops also)
1 can black olives, whole
Handful fresh chopped parsley
Chopped fresh dill
Salt/pepper
1 tbsp. capers and a little juice

Allow rice to cool. Add mayonnaise and sour cream gradually. Less may be needed to cooked rice. Add rest of ingredients. Garnish with some black olives and fresh dill.
