AUNT BEV'S CREAMY POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (in mixture)
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (on top of mixture)
Sprinkle of paprika

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Can bake uncovered for part of the time, if desired. Can also make ahead and freeze.
