4 potatoes, cooked and diced
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. cheese, cut fine
6 stuffed olives, sliced
2 sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 to 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
Pinch of chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine potatoes, eggs, cheese, olives, pickles, celery and onion. Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and chili powder. Mix lightly with potato mixture. Stir in salt and pepper. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
