AUNT GLADYS POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix together and top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes combined with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
