"AUNT LINDA'S" POTATOES 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 c. melted butter

Defrost potatoes. Combine in large bowl with butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix thoroughly then pour into greased casserole pan. Cover with corn flakes. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees and enjoy.
