LOW-FAT, NON-GREASY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
1 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. uncooked oats
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Bell Seasoning

Mix all ingredients well. Press firmly into ungreased loaf pan 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2. Bake in 350 degree oven about an hour. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
