RAISIN SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. vinegar
1 3/4 c. water

Mix in saucepan dry ingredients; then water and vinegar. Cook slowly until raisins are plump and thick.
