RAISIN SAUCE 
1/3 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Cook raisins in water for 5 minutes. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger, and vinegar. Add to water and raisins and cook until slightly thickened. Serves 4.
