RAISIN SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins

In a small saucepan over low heat mix vinegar, lemon juice and water. Slowly add corn starch, brown sugar and dry mustard. Add raisins. Stir constantly until thick. DO NOT BOIL!

Makes 2 cups. Serve warm over ham.
