RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins

Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, and mustard in 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Mix water, lemon juice, and vinegar; gradually stir into sugar mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in raisins. Serve with ham or pork.
