RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine water and raisins; simmer 5 minutes. Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir into mixture. Heat over medium heat, stirring until clear and slightly thickened. Blend in vinegar and butter. Serve hot.
