TERIYAKI CHICKEN FAJITAS 
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
1 green pepper
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
Flour Tortillas

Slice chicken into strips. Cut the peppers into strips.

In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Cook the chicken until juices are no longer pink. Add the peppers and cook until tender.

Serve on tortillas with Teriyaki sauce

Have been making these for years--so simple and delicious. I usually add onions and add the teriyaki sauce to the skillet at the end of cooking time, then stir it all together. We also like cheese on ours, but this recipe is just so versatile when it comes to additions.
