PINEAPPLE CUPCAKES 
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. sifted salt
1/2 tsp. sifted baking soda

Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Nuts optional.
