PINEAPPLE CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar

Cream.

2 eggs

Add - beat well.

1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Add.

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.

Bake at 375 degrees (moderate oven) for 20 to 25 minutes.
