STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1/2 lb. regular sausage
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2-3 c. chopped garden onions
1/4 c. parsley flakes
30 mushrooms (tops)

Brown regular and hot sausages together; drain very well. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, onions and parsley flakes. Add sausage and mix. Stuff mushroom caps.

Heat in microwave oven for 2 to 3 minutes or cook in conventional oven at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes.

I have learned from experience that it is better to heat 15 to 20 mushrooms at once to avoid the mushrooms from splitting open.

Mushroom stems can be washed and sauteed and frozen or eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
