ITALIAN STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1/2 lb. ground sausage, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. catsup
1/8 tsp. oregano
Dash of garlic powder
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, torn in sm. pieces
Grated mozzarella cheese

Mix cooked sausage, catsup, oregano and garlic powder in measuring or small bowl. Microwave 1 minute on high. Fill mushroom caps. Sprinkle parsley on filling. Top with grated cheese. Heat 1 1/2 to 3 minutes on high or until mushrooms are hot and cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
