STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 tub mushrooms
1 qt. Ragu sauce
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
3/4 to 1 c. white wine

Clean mushrooms, cut off stems and save for sauce. Stuff heads with sausage. Put on tray in oven for 1/2 hour at 300 degrees. Put sauce ingredients together. Cook slowly for 1 hour. Put in mushrooms and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
