STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1/2 lb. Bob Evans sausage
1/4 stick butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 stick celery, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. horseradish

Brown and drain sausage. Mix in remaining ingredients and stuff into large cleaned mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
