CHICKEN WITH SAUSAGE AND
MUSHROOMS
 
3 1/2 c. chicken
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked & drained
1 sm. box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grained and Wild Rice, cooked
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. herb stuffing
1 tbsp. butter
1 can mushrooms, (stems & pieces)

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 to 3 quart casserole. Top with additional 1 cup of herb stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be prepared ahead. Can be frozen.
