8 tbsp. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 (15 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
10 qt. popped corn

Combine all ingredients in heavy pan. Cook to thread stage on the candy thermometer. Pour slowly over popcorn and stir until all is coated.
