ORANGE CRUNCH MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Combine egg, milk, orange rind, and oil with dry ingredients.

CRUNCH TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix until crumbly. Pour over batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

ORANGE GLAZE:

3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir until smooth. Drizzle over hot muffins.
