CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 hard cooked eggs
Potato chips

Combine ingredients except chips. Refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature. Put crushed chips on top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
