QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN 
4 or 5 potatoes
4 or 5 carrots
2 onions
1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken or pork
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
Pepper to taste

Mix soup, milk, and pepper in a bowl. Place vegetables and meat in a baking pan. Pour soup mixture over ingredients in pan. Cook at 350 degrees until potatoes and carrots are cooked. Spoon soup mix over top once or twice while cooking.
