4 c all purpose flour
4 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/4 c oil
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries, in sugar or syrup
4 eggs 1 c nuts, chopped, (optional)

Sift dry ingredients twice. Make a well in dry ingredients, add oil, eggs, strawberries and mix. Add nuts. Pour mixture into 3 (greased and floured) loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
