ROSE'S STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, sliced strawberries
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 - 1 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Defrost strawberries. Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy, add oil, sugar, strawberries. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Add the strawberry mixture and mix well. Stir in nut meats. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes (or until done). Remove from pans after cooling for 10 minutes and finish cooling on racks. Slice when chilled and serve with whipped cream cheese or warm with butter.
