MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. diced tomatoes, fresh or canned
2 (87 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
8 oz. ricotta cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas
10 oz. grated Jack cheese

Brown ground beef. Add seasoned salt and taco seasoning mix. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chilies. Blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine ricotta cheese and eggs. Spread half of meat mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with half of the tortillas. Spread half the ricotta cheese mixture over the tortillas. Then half the Jack cheese on top. Repeat layering. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
