MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
3 cans pinto beans, drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (use 1/2 if you don't like spicy foods)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 flour tortillas, halved
1 c. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded non-fat mozzarella cheese

Combine meat, beans, seasoning and tomato sauce. Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with vegetable oil. Layer half the tortilla halves on the bottom, with straight sides along the edges. Spread half the meat mixture over the tortillas. Sprinkle with half the cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
