1 can condensed milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. lime juice
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Baked pie shell

Beat one egg white stiff, fold into mixture of milk, 4 egg yolks and lime juice. Beat other three egg whites and gradually add the sugar and cream of tartar. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until egg whites are golden brown.
