FLORIDA KEY LIME PIE 
1 crumb or baked 8" pie shell
1/2 c. lime juice
1 tsp. rind, grated
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, separated
1 additional egg white
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 tbsp. sugar

Combine lime juice and rind. Gradually stir into condensed milk. Beat egg yolks and stir into mix. Pour into pie shell. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until almost stiff enough to hold a peak. Add sugar gradually to egg whites. Beat until stiff. Spread over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes or until meringue is browned.
