QUICK BUNS OR SWEET ROLLS 
4 c. warm water
3 pkgs. yeast
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. shortening
12 c. flour (approximately)

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, eggs, shortening. Beat until smooth. Add flour. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise until double. Punch down and let rise until double in bulk. Make into buns. Let rise and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
