TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

ICING:

1 stick butter
7 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts over top

Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil. Pour into flour, sugar, and salt. Beat 2 eggs into sour cream and baking soda. Pour into flour mixture. Mix well and pour into greased cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

For icing, bring butter, milk, and cocoa to a boil. Add vanilla. Pour into powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Pour onto cake right from oven. Sprinkle nuts over top.
