TEXAS-STYLE SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa (or 1 1/2 sq. chocolate)
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat well. Pour into well greased sheet cake pan (11 1/2 x 18 x 1 inch deep). While baking, make Frosting of: 6 tbsp. milk 4 tbsp. cocoa (or 1 1/4 sq. chocolate)

Heat on stove until butter is melted. Bring to boil. Remove and add: 1 tsp. vanilla

Then beat. Add 1 cup chopped pecans. Spread on warm cake. Then get fat!
