TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Beat this all in saucepan and pour into greased cookie sheet with sides on (about 11 x 17 x 3/4 or even smaller). Bake 375 degrees for 22 minutes exactly.

ICING:

Melt 1 stick butter, 6 tablespoons milk and 4 tablespoon cocoa. After this comes to a boil take off and add 1 box powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
