TEXAS SHEET CAKE

2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa

Heat above slowly to a boil. NOTE: Add the following while hot.

1 c. water

Add:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Add and beat:

2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream

Bake 18 minutes at 375 degrees (let cake cool).

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Heat above in pan on low heat. Add:

1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

NOTE: Let frosting cool. Add chopped walnuts on top of cake.
