TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs plus 1 yolk
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda, heaping

ICING:

1/2 c. butter, soft
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, water and cocoa in saucepan and boil 2 minutes over medium heat. Combine dry ingredients; add to boiled mixture. Mix together eggs, sour cream, and baking soda. Combine the two mixtures. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. While cake is baking prepare icing by mixing all ingredients. Ice cake while hot.
