TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Put cocoa, water and butter in saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Combine flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Add to cocoa mixture and stir until smooth. Add sour cream and baking soda; stir well. Pour onto greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. While baking make icing.

Icing: Put butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add confectioners' sugar, vanilla and walnuts, stirring continuously. Keep hot until cake is done. When cake is done immediately pour icing slowly over cake and let cool.
