SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. onion
Salt & pepper

In a baking pan, pour a small amount of tomatoes to cover the bottom of the pan. Arrange pork chops in a layer, salt and pepper the chops. Slice onions over pork chops, pour remaining tomatoes over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn chops to brown.
