SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar

Brown pork chops in frying pan and season. Mix ketchup, dry mustard, and spices. Spread on chops. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
