1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
Oil for frying
Sugar & cinnamon

Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat eggs until very light then beat in milk and butter and pour over dry ingredients. Knead dough until it is smooth and soft. Pinch small portions of dough the size of an egg and form into small patties. Roll out patties until paper thin. Drop into hot oil turning dough over immediately and fry until very lightly browned. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
