ZUCCHINI-HAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced 3 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced 1 lg. garlic clove, crushed 1/3 c. oil 2 c. ham, slivered 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 1 1/4 c. sour cream 1 tsp. dillweed 1 tsp. salt 1 (10 inch) baked pie shell 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. pepper 1. Saute onion, zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is crisp tender. 2. Remove skillet from heat; add ham, Swiss cheese, sour cream, dill weed, salt and pepper; mix until thoroughly combined. Spoon into pie shell. 3. Melt butter in small skillet, stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle mixture over top. 4. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
