1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Combine cake mix, butter and egg for shell; press in greased 9"x13" pan. Combine and beat well the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs. Pour over cake shell and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into bars.
